House Rules - Little Widworthy, Wilmington

General

• The lead name on the booking is responsible for the supervision of all members of the party, including pets, at all times.
• No smoking or use of drugs is allowed within the building or anywhere on our property at all.
• No additional guests allowed to stay overnight, which will take us over our insured allocation of two guests, unless agreed by us at time of booking.
• Fire risks including candles, fire pits, fireworks, lanterns are not permitted at the property.

Pets

• A maximum of one large dog or two small to medium sized dogs are more than welcome - please advise at time of booking.
• You must not leave dogs unattended in the property - dog sitting is available at an extra cost, please give us as much notice as possible.
• Dogs are welcome on the sofa, however please make sure throws are used at all times to protect the furniture.
• Please feel free to walk your dog/s around our property, including the paddock and orchard, but please clean up after them.

Plumbing

As we have a septic tank please follow the below instructions: -

• Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet - please use bins provided for sanitary products, make up wipes etc
• Please do not use an excessive amount of toilet paper which could block the system
• Please do not flush any chemicals down the toilet or sink

Water

We are very lucky to have our own (spring) water supply but there is no filter system at Little Widworthy so we will supply filtered drinking water.
